"Revenge is sweet".Yes,tat's wat some people said.But winning is sweeta'.Word Up Flavours?Yesterday's game was all plain & predictable as predicted but some caught my attention for me to brought up a short story bout wat happen during da day.
Yes,Flava's flavour today is all about 'Healthy Vengeance'.For some team,winning against da other team is gud enough,but some considered revenge as a priceless moment to endeavor.So,let's get jiggy with it.
SWEET AS SUGAR
GRIFFIN vs BENCHWARMERS/BW
49-54.Yerp,for da BWs,revenge is sweet wit loads of icing.A reunion of two of da least favourites team in da group.& last season,Griffin humiliated BW with a 73-65 win.
Somehow,after winning against da Malaya Titans last week,BW got da advantage of gaining a bigger momentum than Griffin who beat Jump.Da brawl between BW & Griffin shows that BW is now categorized as a team of Raining Shots.3 by 3s were made from different angle tat makes da Griffindors look like a running nutcase chasing balls.
But Griffins did put up a fight,equally size of heights,but as were said,lacks of extra men power.Looks like Mr. Prince Putra needs more than juz a 1st 5 comrades to beat da BWs.Easy sayin',BW got their 3rd straight win,& now will face Phantoms B who lost to Nirwana in two weeks time.
Da golden question is this: Will BW bring their momentum to da end of da season?Cuz a win against Phantoms B will ensure their spot to da 2nd round & prove to the rest of da league tat they are ready.& it took them only a season to do it under da coaching management of Phantoms A's very own Pick & Shoot Imran & his reliable players who never gave up without a fight.Like they said,"Fight with pride,or die trying".Anyways,gud game Griffindors.

PHANTOMS B vs NIRWANA SHOCKS
Phantoms B loss?Yep,u heard me correctly.Phantoms B loss.With a 29-45 loss to da Shocks,it looks like every team now sees that any team can be beatable take Malayan Titans who lost to both BW & Shocks as an example no matter how good tat team is.
Shocks have made two surprising wins by beating da favourites Malaya Titans & Phantoms B.& their next two tasks are to overpowering the team of J3 (C) & BW themselves.
For Phantoms B,they need to regroup again in order to maintain their performance if they intend to win against da rising BW in two weeks time.
ANOTHER TEARS OF LAUGHTER?
J3 (C) vs MALAYA TITANS
61-39.Da worst beating of their team record counting from da days they were in da KLNC tournament til' yesterday.
3rd straight humiliating loss for da Malaya Titans.Wat happen to da once favourite team to advance to da 2nd round?They loss to newcomers Nirwana Shocks & J3 (C),& they loss 45-47 to da "not expected team to win" BenchWarmers.
Factors to consider?Let Flava' list out da menu:
A)Could it be their cockiness that brought themselves to their defeat?
B)Mr.Hot Shot plays solo again dude,trust ur teammates la I guez.
C)Or are da other NC bloggers pressured them too much by stating tat they are da favourites?
Watever da reason is,da Cocky Ones should pull themselves together again if they intend to stay on da track though it looks very dim for them to race for da 2nd round spot.A big congratz to J3 (C) for da win btw.

ARIONS vs SNIPERS
Last week's defeat was a total humiliation for da Shoot-To-Kill team.But this week,they made Arions look like new kids a training team by beating them 83-50.Snipers were trailing Arions in da 1st quarter by 16-21,came back in da 2nd quarter & took da lead all da way til' da buzzer sounds.
Snipers played their 3-2 defense to stop Raimi a.k.a 69 a.k.a Mae's twin brother? from getting his easy 3 pointers.Same goes to Arions where they stopped Snipers' perimeter shots.
It looks like a close game,but da day was dominated by da Sniperians tanx to their young forward Zikri BABY for da highly ranked & took over which makes their team captain looks like a back up player performance.He made crucial shots,steals and passes but sucks during rebound which allows him to notch a 17 points individual score.
Sadiq da Body Builder not related to Bob da Builder looks alive after wearing his original no.10 jersey not Man's jinx no.10 jersey which he said so & dominates da board like he usual does.Zarip made his 1st 3 pointer in 3 games,& was fired up with his convincing "eh-shots" & looks comfortable all da way to da finish.
Another gud performance by Mr.Hustla & Team Captain too tat made Snipers look like they got an easy win over Arions.Somehow,Arions did put up a fight,they chased points by getting freethrows & they were like 20-23 or more freethrows from da line.Tat's like 92% made shots.
After all,many said that Arions was a tough team to beat,but Snipers wouldn't juz sit & lay their as* back.With another win for da Sniperians,it looks like they are still determine to advance to da 2nd round.
REVIVE
SWOOSH 2 vs D'FLIPSE
A win and a first one for Swoosh 2.It looks like Swoosh 2 will try & keep their team spirits together.FYI,Swoosh 2 beat D'Flipse 73-49 & most of Swoosh 2's players are all old school with extra spices but still have what it takes to beat down da younger generations.Let's see if Swoosh 2 can keep it up in da next coming game.
FIRED UP
FLAMES vs ATM
Flames are fighting with their dear life to avoid from relegation and manage to beat da crap out of ATM with a 61-23 win.Without Pa'e,Bo & Ilias from ATM's lineup last season,da Terminators look like they were playing who can run more suicides nothing more than juz a terrible game of basketball.Better step up ATM of ya'll are gonna go down to da 2nd division nex season.
THE BIRD AND THE PHENOM
PHOENIX vs PHANTOMS (A)
Happy ending stories never come to reality lives.It's da case where da Flaming Birds loss to Phantoms (A) yesterday.With Yasier who was loaned by Swoosh 1 or did he move himself? in Phoenix's lineup,they still couldn't notch up a win over da younger & more powerful Phantoms (A) ouh how i wish Phoenix win this match.
